2) Order Processing Time
General items: We typically process and ship these orders within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will email you with the best available option.
Handmade items: To ensure the quality of each handmade product and the freshness of the materials, we reserve up to 2 weeks for each artisan. Please expect up to two weeks for production and processing time before shipping.
- All Express orders will be prioritized for production, which usually takes only 1-3 working days before shipping.
